Models, sizes and collection
Our fleet has 5 bikes in total. You can request an Urbanbiker UB400 in size L or a Berna in size S. Tell us each rider’s height so the shop can check the fit.
Model and size must be confirmed. The photographs show our premises, not a specific rental bike.

How to request a bike
Choose a date and time
Tell us the model, size and number of bikes you need. Collection and return are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, Canary Islands time.
Review your request
The form estimates the rental cost and shows the deposit separately. Review the summary, then press Send in WhatsApp to contact the shop.
Wait for confirmation
We will agree on availability, size, the final price and terms before the rental. Sending a request does not automatically reserve a bike.
What is included in the rental?
A helmet and lock are included. The €200 deposit per bike is paid separately; payment and refund arrangements are agreed with the shop.
How long is a day rental?
A day rental lasts 8 hours, from 10:00 to 18:00, and costs €60 per bike. The hourly rate is €12. For several days, check dates and terms with the shop.
What happens if I return the bike late?
The late return rate is €20 per hour. How this is calculated is confirmed before rental, together with the terms for cancellation, damage, theft and assistance.
Where do I collect the bike?
At Calle Pizarro, 17, Corralejo, La Oliva. Collection and return are arranged within our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. We speak Spanish, English and Italian.
