What information helps assess a charging problem
Tell us the brand, model and when the problem started. Explain whether the scooter will not turn on, will not charge or has a different range. You can send a photo of the charger label and connector without dismantling the battery or scooter.

Describe the fault
Send the model and a description of what you have noticed via WhatsApp. The shop will tell you how to prepare for your visit.
Agree on the diagnosis
Diagnosis costs €15–€20, with the amount confirmed before it is carried out. Repair quotes are free.
Decide after receiving the quote
The repair and parts are agreed after the inspection. You authorise the work by phone or message.
Ask about a charger
The 36, 48 and 52 V chargers have separate product pages, each with its listed connector options. Before buying, check with the shop which one fits your e-scooter; a photo alone does not confirm compatibility.
Can you replace my e-scooter battery?
Tell us the brand, model and what is happening. After inspecting the e-scooter, the workshop confirms whether it can replace the battery and explains the part, quote and timeframe. The work requires your authorisation.
Can I choose a charger just by its voltage?
Also tell us the scooter model and the connector it uses. The product pages help identify options, but the shop needs to check compatibility with the specific charger before you agree to buy it.
Do you confirm the repair before inspecting the scooter?
The fault is assessed first. The workshop explains the work, parts, cost and timeframe for that particular case. Your authorisation is required for the repair.
